Returns Policy

We really hope you're happy with your order, however if for any reason you're not, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@homesbright.com. Please be aware that the item(s) must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in it's original packaging. Homes Bright is not responsible for the cost of returning items. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.

Contact us at: support@homesbright.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will respond with the information on where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

It’s important to inspect your order on delivery and before signing for your parcel. In the rare case your order arrives damaged, hand your parcel back to the courier and you’ll get a full, no-quibble refund.

If you do not manage to check your order on delivery, you have 24 hours to tell us about any damage. We request that you photograph the damaged product and the packaging and send us the images to: support@homesbright.com.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once it has been initiated.
